1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Side Tick platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. User Obligations
You agree to use the platform responsibly and lawfully. You must provide accurate information during registration, maintain the security of your account credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
3. Account Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Each user is limited to one account. Side Tick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Payment Terms
All course purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before gaining access to course content.
5. Course Access
Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the purchased course content for personal educational use. Sharing login credentials, distributing course materials, or reselling access is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with the platform's functionality, scrape or copy content, or harass other users. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Side Tick — including videos, text, graphics, code, and branding — is the intellectual property of Side Tick and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
8. Termination
Side Tick reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Side Tick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
