1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days from the date of purchase — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within the 7-day window. Refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser and the payment method used at checkout. Access to course content may be revoked upon refund approval.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to support@sidetick.in with your registered email address, order ID, and reason for the refund. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Payment Processing

All payments on Side Tick are securely processed via Razorpay. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or net banking) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will not be honored. We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, or violation of our Terms of Service.
